Retail Food Group appoints Tom Elliott as corporate store operations head

He was previously general manager of Donut King.

Retail Food Group (RFG) has appointed Tom Elliott as their head of corporate store operations, tasked with leading operations and over 350 team members across the group's aforementioned portfolio.

“I’m excited to work closely with our corporate store portfolio which allows the group to trial and test new initiatives whilst also understanding firsthand the challenges our franchise partners face on a day to day basis, so we can collectively work through solutions that are mutually beneficial for franchisor and franchisee alike,” Elliott said in a statement sent to QSR Media.

The new role follows his most recent venture as general manager of Donut King. He has been with the company for 11 years.
