Krispy Kreme apologises, takes down offensive ad

All ads related to the congratulations campaign have been taken down

Krispy Kreme ANZ has apologised over an ad over concerns of a racial slur

"We never intended to offend any person or group. We are sorry for the oversight and have removed all congratulations related ads from the campaign,” Olivia Sutherland, Marketing Director at Krispy Kreme ANZ told QSR Media.

The apology comes after a report by Mumbrella flagged the campaign.
