Red Rooster looks to bolster in-store customer experience with new look and feel

The two new designs can be seen at their Craigieburn and Mount Ommaney restaurants.

Looking to enhance their in-store experience, Red Rooster has unveiled new restaurant designs that showcase "a modern look with a fun and cheeky tone."

The new designs, currently located at their Craigieburn and Mount Ommaney sites, feature a sleeker look that continues to feature the brand's red colour scheme.

"The new restaurant designs are about resetting the Red Rooster across all the key customer communication touch points and to leverage our wonderful Aussie spirit and heritage in a modern and contemporary way," Red Rooster CEO Nick Keenan said. "This new physical bricks and mortar design is synchronised with our overall creative messaging."

The next few years will see the chicken chain rolling out the new design throughout the country.

"Once we settle on the key concepts and final brand guidelines, build and design will be rolled out nationally over the next few years. We are still testing design concepts but it certainly won’t be a long testing period. We aim to be thorough and take the learnings and incorporate and implement them nationally," Keenan added.

Aside from the new look, Red Rooster also teased the addition of click and collect bays, integrated music systems, and state-of-the-art operational equipment in their upcoming restaurants.
