McDonald’s loyalty program goes national

The launch follows a trial of the program in South Australia last year.

McDonald’s Australia is launching its MyMacca’s Rewards program nationally from March 3.

The initiative allows customers to earn 100 points for every $1 spent on eligible food and drink purchases through their app.

Customers can redeem select items upon reaching 2,500, 5,000 and 7,500 points.

“The rewards program is a way for us to give back to our loyal customers by providing greater convenience, value and rewards,” McDonald’s Australia marketing manager Tobi Fukushima said in a media release.

The nationwide launch follows a trial of the program in South Australia last year.
